In partnership with so many talented health agencies and dedicated individuals, CPC Community Health and Denver Health staff members are taking the lead in making Colorado Heart Healthy Solutions successful through beautiful Colorado communities. Here is your Colorado Heart Healthy Solutions program staff:
Mori J. Krantz, MD, FACCMori J. Krantz is Co-investigator of the Colorado Heart Healthy Solutions program. He is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Krantz is author or co-author of nearly 100 scholarly publications pertaining to the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
Mori's motivation to stay active: "The sense of well being and empowerment it provides. It also gives me a chance to enjoy an occasional Philly Cheese-steak!"

Amy Bubar, MPHAmy Bubar is Project Manager of the CHHS program. Amy earned her B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Maine, where she grew up. After working in the healthcare technology arena for several years she went on to earn her master's degree in public health to work in a more community health-focused role. A recent medical mission trip to Haiti reinforced that improving the health of an entire population is something that is important to Amy. To her, there's no better place than Colorado to combine good work with great hiking, camping, skiing, weather, and music. She enjoys heart-healthy cooking and loves the exhilaration of traveling to new places and immersing herself in different cultures.
Amy's favorite Colorado venue: Sunshine, scenery, friends and tunes at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival!
